To my nephew Francis Mountain, son of my brother Francis Mountain, all my real estate and tithes, chargeable with :

£50 each to his brother and sisters, when they reach 21, Mary Mountain, Isabell Mountain, and Joseph Mountain.

Should Francis die before he reaches 21, then the same to his brother Joseph.

I appoint my brother Francis guardian of his son Francis.

The residue of my estate to my brother Francis, chargeable with £80 to Ann Stubbs, daughter of John Stubbs of Haverah Park, and £10 to my maid, Ann Atkinson, when she reaches 21.

I appoint my brother Francis, of Lindley, as Executor.
