Moses Bake - 10th January 1774 - R037

Clifton, Parish of Fewston

I give £90 to William Skaife for rent or arrears of rent.

To William Skaife of Darley, and Marmaduke Gill of Dacre, the ancient building and two barns, with the 10 closes, at Clifton, Upon Trust to sell and settle my debts.

The residue of my estate to my wife Mary Bake and for the maintenance and education of my children.

I appoint Gilbert Bake of Dacre as Executor.

Witnesses : Roger Petty, Joseph Spence, Jonathan Milner
