To my wife Susannah Simpson my personal estate, and appoint her Executrix.

At her death the same to my niece Susannah Mills, with all my furniture. Should she die before my wife, then :

Half of my personal estate may be disposed of by my wife as she sees fit.

To my nephews John Simpson and Edward Simpson £5 each.

To my brother Robert Simpson the other half of my personal estate.
