All my real estate in Norfolk, now occupied by William Chambers, to my wife Sarah Tilson

Under the Will of my deceased brother, John Tilson, I am entitled to other real estate in Norfolk, now occupied by Winn Tilson, his widow. At her death this to go to my wife.

At the death of my wife, all real estate to pass to my two nephews Samuel Popplewell and William Popplewell, chargeable with :

£5 to their elder brother John Popplewell.

£5 to my niece Sarah Popplewell.

£5 to my nephew William Sugden.

£5 to my niece Sarah Sugden.

£20 to my niece Margaret Sugden.

£5 to my niece Elizabeth Sugden.

£5 to my niece Jane Sugden.

£10 to my nephew William Sugden, son of my above mentioned nephew William Sugden, for apprenticing him.

Residue of my personal estate, goods and chattels, to my wife, whom I appoint Executrix.
