At her death the same to my nephew Richard Dagget, linen weaver.

To John Richardson of Durham, 1s.

To my nephew David Richardson, £20.

To my two nieces at York, Mary Hartley and Sarah Richardson, 1s each.

All legacies to be paid one year after the death of my wife.

My personal estate to my wife, and at her death the residue to my nephew Richard.

I appoint my wife and nephew Richard as Executors.
