To my wife Susannah Graham, whom I appoint Executrix, the rents and profits from my real and personal estate.

At my wife’s death, my real and personal estate to my six younger children, Martin Graham, James Graham, Christopher Graham, Samuel Graham, and Agnes Graham.

My eldest son, Joseph Graham, has a parcel of land devised to him by my wife’s father – I therefore give him 1s.

I give the tuition of my children to my wife and appoint John Patrick of Felliscliffe, and William Andrew of Birstwith as Executors in Trust for my children
