I give ¼ of a house called Craddock House with the attached closes
in Thruscross, now occupied by George Hemsley, to my son John
Jackson, chargeable with :
An annuity of £10 to my wife Hannah Jackson.
£100 to my son George Jackson, within 1 year after the
death of my wife.
With my son John we borrowed £96 off William Stables,
the Trustee of William Mallorie – If my son John does
not settle this with his own money then it is also to be charged to
Craddock House.
To my son William Jackson the ancient building, barn, malt
kiln, and brewhouse, &c., at Pannal, lately in my possession,
chargeable with :
An annuity of £8 to my wife.
£50 to my son Samuel Jackson.
£70 to my son George – Both payable within one year after
the death of my wife.
To my son William, the estate I have on Lease from Mrs
Maniott with the water corn mill in Rigton.
To my wife the newly erected house in Pannal, and at her death he
same to my son William.
To my son Samuel the house and other buildings, with the
several closes, in Pannal, lately occupied by Henry Buck,
chargeable with an annuity of £3 to my wife.
To my son George the two houses and closes in Sulphur Wells,
occupied by Robert Bentley and Richard Winterburn.
Residue of my goods, chattels, stock in trade, and personal estate
to my son George whom I appoint, with my son John,
Executors. When my son George reaches 21, I then appoint him
sole Executor.

Codicil -
23rd April 1770
I have recently purchased from James Ellis of Harwood, a
house and land at Rigton, and are now in he possession of myself and Major
England. I now give this to my son George.
