My houses and land at Roddle to be sold to meet my funeral expenses and legacies.

To my wife Margaret Burnill an annuity of £6.

To my daughter Hannah Burnill 2s 6d.

To my son George Burnill £30, to be paid : £10 one year after my death and the remaining £20 at the death of my wife.

To my son James Burnill £25, to be paid : £10 & £15 as above.

To my sons Martin Burnill and William Burnill, £20 each to be paid one year after my death.

All my real estate to my son John Burnill, also all my personal estate [ less named items to family], and appoint him Executor.
