To my wife Mary Stubbs the income from my Copyhold properties within the Forest of Knaresborough.

At her death, my real estate to my daughter Ann Parkinson, wife of Thomas Parkinson, also £400 I have out at usury along with another £300 at usury.

The residue of my personal estate, goods and chattels to my wife Mary, whom I appoint Executrix.
