To my wife Hannah Bentley my Copyhold property.

At her death, the same to my son Robert Bentley.

To my daughter Judith Bentley £40 two years after my death, and a further £90 payable : £45 one year after the death of my wife and the remaining £45 two years after the death of my wife.

To my wife and my son my personal estate, goods and chattels, and appoint them Executors.
