To my son William Bainbridge the following property :

Bilton with Harrogate :

My half share of a farm now occupied by Robert Gilbertson.

My half share in another farm now occupied by Peter Dalby.

Pannal :

My half share of a farm now occupied by Thomas Stainer.

Knaresborough Forest :

My half share in an allotment of common land now occupied by Joseph Hatterley. My other allotment of common land now occupied by John Tengatt.

Another allotment occupied by my sister Dorothy Wilks and myself.

Scriven with Tentergate :

My half share in the three closes now occupied by William Bramley.

My half share in a house now occupied by John Thompson.

My half share in a house and croft now occupied by Thomas Harrison.

My half share in a close now occupied by John Croft.

My half share of two other closes now occupied by Robert Morley.

My half share in a house and croft now occupied by John Shann.

My half share in a house and garden now occupied by William Wells.

My half share in a house and garden now occupied by myself and my sister.

My half share in a close now occupied by myself and my sister.

Harrogate :

My tenant right on lands called Chapel lands now occupied by Joseph Thackray.

To my daughter Ann Bainbridge the following property :

Knaresborough :

My half share in the closes now occupied by John Powell.

My half share in two other closes now occupied by Christopher Dunwell.

My half share in a close now occupied by Thomas Wilks.

My half share of another close now occupied by John Manby.

My half share of a recently erected barn now occupied by Thomas Paley.

My half share of a house and garden now occupied by Edward Jenkins.

My half share of a close called Burmires now occupied by Thomas Paley.

Tholthrope :

My half share of lands now occupied by Mr Clark. Elizabeth Tenant, widow, is to be allowed to hold this half share during her life.

To my daughter Ann, £1,000.

Residue of my personal estate to my son and daughter, William and Ann.

I appoint by good friends John Houseman of Knaresborough, Gentleman, and John Moyses of Leathley, Gentleman, as Executors, Guardians and Trustees, and give them a shared annuity of £30 until my daughter reaches 21.
