Brearton, Yeoman

To my nieces, Ann Wood and Ann Outhwaite, my house, now occupied by Mark Wells, in Brearton.

To my nephew Matthew Wood my other house in Brearton, and at his death the same to his son Richard Wood, chargeable with an annuity of £1 to Ann Wood.

To my niece Mary Wood, £10.

To my niece Ann Wood, £5.

To my nephew Philip Wood, £5.

To my nephew George Wood, £10.

To my nephew William Wood, £5.

To my sister Jane Parker, £5.

To my nieces Mary Outhwaite, Jane Wood, and Martha Wood, £5 each.

To my nieces Hannah Wood and Eleanor Wood, £5 each.

To Richard Wood, son of George Wood, John Wood, son Matthew Wood, Matthew Parker, son of Matthew Parker, William Wood and Jane Stephenson, wife of Thomas Stephenson, 50s each.

To my nephew Thomas Wood, £10.

To Edward Leuty the 50s he owes me.

To Ann Wood [named items]

Residue of my personal estate, goods and chattels to my nephews Matthew Wood and Matthew Parker, In Trust to pay my debts and legacies, and give them one guinea each for their trouble, and appoint them Executors.
