Bilton with Harrogate, Farmer

To my son, Robert Wood, whom I appoint Executor, my real and personal estate. also the cottage in which I now live and the other part of the house tenanted by William Room, in Bilton with Harrogate. Also all my goods and chattels. Also the £100 I have out at interest with Henry Atkinson of Darley, Worsted Weaver, chargeable with an annuity of £4 to my wife.

My wife may live if the east part of the house and be provided for by my son.
