To my wife Elizabeth Paley an annuity of £20 chargeable to
my real estate which comprises houses, malt kiln and outbuildings.
Also the household contents she brought into the marriage.
To my three daughters, Margaret Paley, Mary Paley, and Ann
Paley, £200 each. Also a further £50 each after the death of my
wife.
To my daughter Jane Paley £200 when she reaches 21.
Likewise a further £50 as above.
To my son William Paley £300 when he reaches 21.
To my son James Paley my carts, waggons and carriages, and
implements of husbandry, also my horses, mares and geldings, also the
milking cow, hay, &c., my malt sacks, implements and utensils of
my trade.
To my sons Thomas Paley and James, my house in
Grassington, now occupied by Richard Swires, chargeable with
the annuity to my wife.
All my personal estate, goods and chattels to my sons Thomas
and James, chargeable with the legacies to my daughters, and
appoint the Executors.
