To my son James Abbott my house and shop in Knaresborough High Street, now occupied by him and Mrs Wilks. The contents are to be valued and be sold to my son, or elsewhere should he decline.

Money from the sale of the above to be divided amongst my four sons, James, Thomas Abbott, Henry Abbott, and William Abbott.

I appoint Ralph Robinson of Ripley, and my brother-in-law Henry Abbott as Executors.
