To my friends Charles Gill of Marton, Yeoman, and Henry
Calverley of Scriven with Tentergate, Yeoman, all my real estate,
Upon Trust :
To allow my wife, whom I appoint Executrix, Ann Smithson to
receive the rents and profits for one year, and then to sell and pay William
Catton of Knaresborough, Yeoman, the £50 owing him.
Residue of the sale money to my daughter Mary Hall.
My personal estate to my wife, chargeable with £100, six months
after the death of my daughter, to be divided amongst my grandchildren
: Abraham Hall and Bartholomew Hall, £20 each; Mary
Kelly, Susannah Hall, and Ann Hall, £20 each.
