Henry Aveson - 2nd December 1776 - T003

Wreaks Mill, Parish of Hampsthwaite, Miller

My debts to be paid out of my personal estate and the ancient incroachment I bought off John Milner, and my adjoining allotment.

To my son Henry Aveson, and daughter Mary Aveson, £100 each – one third to be paid one year after my death, one third after two years, and the final third after three years.

To my wife Mary Aveson an annuity of £1.

Residue of my real and personal estate to my son John Aveson, whom I appoint Executor.
