Henry Aveson - 2nd December 1776 - T003

Wreaks Mill, Parish of Hampsthwaite, Miller

My debts to be paid out of my personal estate and the ancient incroachment I bought off John Milner, and my adjoining allotment.

To my son Henry Aveson, and daughter Mary Aveson, 100 each one third to be paid one year after my death, one third after two years, and the final third after three years.

To my wife Mary Aveson an annuity of 1.

Residue of my real and personal estate to my son John Aveson, whom I appoint Executor.
