To my grandson Isaac Sugdon all the tools belonging to his uncle Isaac Sugdon, deceased, when he reaches 21.

To my daughter Grace Shutt 1s.

To my daughter Elizabeth Sugdon 1s.

All my personal estate and effects to my wife, whom I appoint Executrix.
