Rowden Lane, Parish of Hampsthwaite, Yeoman

All my real estate in Rowden Lane and Hollins in the Parish of Hampsthwaite, to my wife, chargeable with :

To Catherine Malthouse of Clint, Spinster, also an annuity of 2.

To Ellen Rhodes, Widow, who now lives with me, an annuity of 2 after the death of my wife.

To Alice Smith, daughter of Thomas Smith of Felliscliffe, Flax Dresser, 100.

To William Shann of Pannal, Lined Weaver, 10.

To John Ayrton of York, Glove Cutter, 20.

To William Garnett, son of Thomas Garnett of Tadcaster, Hosier, 30.

To William Garnett of Wetherby, Tailor, 5.

To Stephen Shann, Parish of Pannal, 5.

All legacies to be paid after the death of my wife.

All my goods and chattels and residue of my estate to my wife Ann Shann, whom I appoint Executrix.
