To my wife Mary Parler items for furnishing one room. At her death these to go to my son Thomas Parler.

Also to my wife the small house, now occupied by Robert West. At her death the same to my son Thomas.

Also to my wife an annuity of £3 chargeable to my copyhold estate at Clint. The annuity to reduce to £2 should she remarry.

Residue of my estate to my son Thomas, whom I appoint Executor.
