John Myers - 7th March 1780 - T041

Felliscliffe, Dish Turner

To my wife Sarah Myers an annuity of £3 chargeable to my copyhold property at Felliscliffe. Annuity to start when my son Samuel Myers becomes 21. Also all my furniture, except my clock and dresser which I give to Samuel, to divide amongst my children as she sees fit. Also the west part of my house.

To my friend Jeffrey Hare of Felliscliffe, and my brother Thomas Myers my copyhold property in Felliscliffe Upon Trust for my wife to receive the rents and profits until Samuel reaches 21, at which time the property is to be conveyed to him. Should he die before reaching 21, then the same to my daughters.

My son Samuel to pay £100, in equal shares, to my four daughters : Ann Myers, Elizabeth Myers, Mary Myers, and Sarah Myers.

I appoint my Trustees and my wife as Executors.
