All my real estate at Meagill to my wife Susanna Mirfield, chargeable with the following legacies :

The £60 that I owe to Stephen Gill of Timble.

The £20 that I owe to Joseph Ellis of Thornthwaite.

To my daughter Hannah Mirfield £50 when she reaches 21. also £40 after the death of my wife. If she dies before my wife then the same to be divided amongst the children of my daughter Rose.

To my grandson George Thackray and granddaughter Hannah Thackray, £10 each when they reach 21.

To my daughter Rose Thackray £40 after the death of my wife. If she dies before my wife then the same to be divided amongst her children.

All my personal estate to my wife Susanna, whom I appoint executrix.
