Menwith with Darley, Parish of Hampsthwaite

To my son Robert Irish my house when he reaches 21. Should he die before then, then my wife Jane Irish to have the same, and then equally between my brothers John Irish and Robert Irish.

To my wife £5 when my son Robert reaches 21, and chargeable to him. Also to pay an annuity of £2 10s to my wife.

My household goods to my wife and son, and I appoint then executors.
