To my daughters Ellen Read and Elizabeth Read, £50 each.

One year after the death of my wife Ellen Read, the real estate given to my son is to be charges with a further £100 each to my two daughters.

An annuity of £10 to my wife, chargeable to my son. This to reduce to £5 should she remarry.

My personal estate, goods and chattels to my son Peter and my wife Ellen, and appoint them executors.
