My real estate at Beckwith with Rossett and Beckwithshaw to my niece Mary Fisher, wife of William Fisher of Wetherby.

At her death the same to my nephew William Fisher.

My real estate to be charged with £10 to Thomas Swann , son of my nephew Abraham Swann.
