Thomas Smith - 3rd April 1782 - T065

Felliscliffe, Parish of Hampsthwaite, Flax Dresser

To my wife Ellen Smith an annuity of £2 10s.

My Trustees to apply sufficient money from my personal estate for the education and maintenance of my children.

When my youngest child reaches 21 – I give £50 to my natural son Thomas Hawkswell.

Residue of my real and personal estate to my on Christopher Smith and my daughter Mary Smith.

I appoint my brother John Smith of Felliscliffe, and my friend Thomas Thackeray of Hampsthwaite, as executors and trustees.
