Sulphur Wells, Paris of Pannal, Spinster
My leasehold house in Pannal and the close called Staine Acres
and Furnish Garth, previously occupied by Edward Webster but
now by myself and Leonard Buck, and all other real estate in
the Parish of Pannal, to my executor, and to allow my sister Jane
Taylor, widow, to have the rents and profit.
At her death, the same to my niece Margaret Brunton, and
my nephews Michael Brunton, Charles Brunton, and Michael
Plows, son of my niece Frances Plows. During the minority
of them they are to have the benefit of the rents and profits.
All my copyhold and freehold property at Sulphur Wells to my
sister Jane. At her death the same to the above named niece
and nephews.
The residue of my estate to my friend Thomas Wilks of
Knaresborough, Upon Trust, to convert my personal estate to money
and pay :
£300 to my servant Christopher Raper.
To place the residue at interest and apply the income for my
niece and nephews.
