To my wife Margaret Smurfit an annuity of £12, chargeable to my real estate. also the house in which I now live. Also the furniture belonging to her at the time of her marriage.

To my daughter Sarah Fairburn, the wife of Richard Fairburn, Mary Johnson, the wife of Thomas Johnson, and my granddaughter Matty Slater, all my real estate.

At the death of my daughters, the same to Matty Slater, Sarah Slater, the wife of Francis Slater, and Joseph Fairburn.

To my grandson Thomas Russell and my granddaughter Mary Johnston £10 each.

All my personals estate to Sarah Fairburn and Matty Slater, and appoint then executrixes.
