The ancient building and four closes of land in Bramley Head,
Parish of Fewston, now occupied by Isaac Peel and Simeon
Moorhouse, to my son Robert Moorhouse when he reaches 21.
Should he die without issue before 21 then the same to my son Martin
Moorhouse.
This property is chargeable with £4 to my brother Brian
Moorhouse.
£4 each to my sister Dorothy Brown’s three children, James
Brown, Simeon Brown, and John Brown.
Likewise, £4 each to my sister Sarah Gilbertson’s
children, Sarah Gilbertson and Mary Gilbertson.
To my sons Simeon Moorhouse and Martin Moorhouse,
£10 each.
To my daughter Susannah Robinson, wife of Thomas
Robinson, my house where Sarah Hutley now lives, with the
orchard and garth called South Field, now occupied by Andrew
Moorhouse.
Residue of my estate to my son Robert whom I appoint
executor.
