Knaresborough, Yeoman

To my wife Ann Jennings my copyhold property in Knaresborough where I now live, also the allotment of land in Knaresborough Forest, also the half of a leasehold burgage house in Swine Market, Knaresborough, now in the several occupations of James Robinson and John Alcock.

At her death or remarriage the same to my children, William Jennings, Mary Jennings, and Ann Jennings, subject to an annuity of £10 to my wife should she remarry.
