Half of my copyhold house at Bland Hill, now occupied by my son Anthony Pawson to my wife Sarah Pawson.

The other half to my son Anthony, whom I appoint executor, chargeable with £5 to my daughter Ann Moon, wife of Abraham Moon.

All my house furniture to my wife.
