Abraham Theaker - 11th March 1785 - U033

Late of Pateley Bridge but now of Dacre Banks, Yeoman

All my real estate at Birstwith, now occupied by William Bramley, to my son Abraham Theaker of Dacre Banks, chargeable with my debts and legacies.

To my son John Theaker £100.

To my daughter Mary Furness, wife of William Furness, £100.

To Margaret Mason, wife of Joseph Mason of Low Bishopside, £5.

To Mary Ibbotson of Low Bishopside, £5.

To my wife Ellen Theaker, £5. Also all my household goods in the house at Pateley Bridge.

The two beastgates at Dacre Pasture to my son John. Also [named items], currently in the possession of William Pawson of Dacre Banks.

Residue of my estate to my son Abraham whom I appoint executor.
