William Askwith - 13th May 1784 - U035

Felliscliffe, Linen Weaver

My real estate at Hampsthwaite and Birstwith, now occupied by William Bradfield and George Myer, to my wife Hannah Askwith, chargeable with £20 to my daughter Elizabeth Robinson, wife of Timothy Robinson.

At her death the property to go to my two minor daughters Ann Askwith and Hannah Askwith. Should both die before reaching 21, then the same to my daughter Elizabeth, or should she be dead, then to her son William Robinson, chargeable with £5 each to the two sons of Richard Lund.

My copyhold house and land at Birstwith, after my youngest daughter Hannah reaches 21, to go to my daughter Elizabeth, and at her death to my grandson William.

Residue of my estate to my wife Hannah whom I appoint as executrix.
