Fewston, Miller and Corn-factor

To my brother Henry Hardcastle and my brother-in-law Joseph Roundill, all my real and personal estates Upon Trust to pay my legacies and annuities.

To my wife Hannah Hardcastle an annuity of £6 until my son John Hardcastle reaches 21, when my real estate is to then be assigned to him and he then to pay the annuity.

£50 each to my children William Hardcastle and Ann (alias Nanne) Hardcastle, when they reach 21.

The residue of my estate to be divided into thirds and to go to my three children.
