John Cass - 15th September 1783 - U037

Knaresborough, Yeoman

To Thomas Driffield the younger, of Knaresborough, joiner, £140 now out at interest to him and of Thomas Wilks and William Lawson In Trust to call in when he thinks proper, and reinvest, the interest going to my wife Mary Cass.

£10 each to my sons John Cass and William Cass when they reach 21.

On the death of my wife a further £49 3s 4d each to John and William, and £19 13s 4d to my son George Cass; being part of the £140 at interest.

£2 to Thomas Driffield for the trouble he will take.
