To my brother, James Young, whom I appoint executor, of Knaresborough, stay maker, my real estate in Knaresborough. Also all my personal estate.

To my nephew and nieces, William Young, Ann Young, Mary Hardy, wife of James Hardy, and Elizabeth Young, the sons and daughters of my brother John Young, late of Spofforth, deceased; and to William Young, Elizabeth Young, Richard Young, Ann Young, and Jane Young, the sons and daughters of my brother James; and to my niece Margaret Fowler of Ribston - £20 each.

To my servant Sarah Annakin two and a half guineas.
