Hardisty Hill, Parish of Fewston, Farmer
To my wife Sarah Marjerison, whom I appoint executrix, all
my personal estate, goods and chattels. Also the rents from my
copyhold property in Thruscross, now occupied by William
Wheelhouse, for the maintenance of my children until my son John
Marjerison becomes 21.
When my son John reaches 21, I give him all my copyhold
estate at Thruscross, chargeable with :
£40 each to my daughters Hannah Marjerison and
Rosamond Marjerison, and my sons William Marjerison, and
Matthew Marjerison.
Should John die before he reaches 21, then the same to my
son William. Like wise to my son Matthew should they
both die before reaching 21; in which case my daughters are to
receive £60 each.
Should my wife die before my sons then I appoint my
brother-in-law Matthew Gill, of Blubberhouses, Trustee for my
children.
