My Copyhold property on the SW side of Knaresborough High Street and at the corner of Hilton Lane, now occupied by myself, Thomas Stubbs, John Cross, ? Nicholson, and ? ?, to my wife Mary Allanson.

At her death the same to my sons William Allanson and Thomas Allanson.

To my daughter Mary Lomas 1s.

Residue of my estates to my wife, whom I appoint Executrix.
