All my real estate at Fewston to my brother-in-law Francis
Waide of Copmanthorpe, chargeable with the £200 mortgage, my
legacies, and an annuity of £14 to my wife Mary Barber.
To my nephew John Barber, son of my brother George
Barber, £80.
To my niece Susanna Parker, the wife of Henry Parker,
£20.
To my nephew Isaac Rhodes and my niece Isabel Rhodes
£20 each. Should one die before their legacy becomes due the same
to my niece Hannah Ward, the wife of Thomas Ward.
To my niece Hannah Ward, £40.
To my nephew William Waide, son of my late brother-in-law William
Waide of Hartwith with Winsley, £10.
To Ann Waide, Mary Waide, John Waide, and Francis Waide,
the children of my late brother-in-law William Waide, £10
each.
To Ellen Waide, William Waide, Jane Waide, and Lydia
Waide, the children of my late brother-in-law Matthew Waide,
£10 each.
To William Waumsley, the son of William Waumsley, otherwise
Walmsley, of Hardisty Hill, £10 5s. if he dies before his
legacy becomes due, then the same to my brother-in-law Francis
Waide.
All the above legacies to be paid one year after the death of my
wife.
To my brother George Barber, 5s.
All my goods, chattels, and personal estate to my wife, and
appoint her Executrix.
