Abraham Theaker - 15th May 1787 - U072

Birstwith, Parish of Hampsthwaite, Yeoman

To my wife Catharine Theaker [named items to furnish two rooms]. Also the west parlour of the house, with the room above, which was formerly occupied by John Walker.

All my other real estate to John Spence of Birstwith, Linen Weaver, and Robert Walker of Darley, Shopkeeper, Upon Trust, chargeable with a £10 annuity to my wife, to sell, convert to money and invest. To settle any legacies still due, and chargeable to my estate, from the Will of my late father, Abraham Theaker. To apply the rents for the maintenance and education of my sons Abraham and Thomas Theaker.

When Thomas reaches 21, my Trustees to convey my real estate to my sons. Should both my sons die before Thomas reaches 21, then the same to my brother John Theaker, and a sum of £250 to my wife; also £250 to my sister Mary Furniss, wife of William Furniss.
