All household furniture in my house to my wife.
All my real estate and stock in trade to my brother Thomas
Parkinson and my brother-in-law William Snow, Upon Trust
to :
To pay to my wife £100 – payable £10 immediately and £90
after one year.
To use the interest of Trust money for the education and
maintenance of my son Thomas Parkinson, and to put him out to
trade. On reaching 21 he is to have the principal sum and my real
estate.
Should my son die before reaching 21 then the same to my nephews Richard
Snow and William Parkinson, subject to the following
payments : £50 to my wife. £10 each to my sisters Elizabeth
Parkinson, Sarah Parkinson, and Mary Parkinson, one year
after my mother’s death.
