To the Clerk of Harrogate Chapel 5s to sing a psalm at my
funeral, from my house past the Spaw Houses.
All my real estate at Knaresborough and Bilton with Harrogate, to
my wife Agnes Crossland.
I wish that Mrs Eleanor Cooper be allowed to continue to
rent the house and shop she currently occupies, at a yearly rental
of £10.
All my personal estate, goods and chattels to my wife.
I appoint my wife and Thomas Waud as Executors.
