To my three nephews, sons of my late brother John Burnand, and to my nephew and niece, John Harrison and Christian Harrison, children of my late sister Elizabeth Harrison, wife of John Harrison of York, common brewer, £60 each when they reach 24.

To my servant, Mary Barf, for her great care and attention to my late wife, 2s 6d per week, to be paid monthly by my Executors.

Residue of my real and personal estate to my sons Robert Burnand and John Burnand, and appoint them Executors. Any differences arising amongst them to be settled by my friends John Telford and James Collins of Knaresborough.
