By surrender of 4th October 1734, property in Briggate,
Knaresborough, was devised to me. Property to be divided into 20
parts :
To my son Thomas Tuton, 1 part.
To my grandson Richard Tuton, son of my late son John
Tuton,1 part when 21.
Remaining 18 parts to my son Richard Tuton.
To my grandsons Richard and John Tuton, sons of my
late son John, £100 each when 21.
To my granddaughters, daughters of my late son John, Mary
Tuton, Elizabeth Tuton, and Ann Tuton, £50 each when 21.
To my son Thomas £200 two years after my death on
condition he conveys his twentieth part to my son Richard.
To my brother William Tuton an annuity of £6.
To my daughters-in-law Ann Tuton and Frances Tuton
£20 each.
Residue of my real and personal estates to my son Richard, whom
I appoint executor.
