To my eldest son Thomas Wardman the two closes called Broad Close and Foss Field with the small adjoining allotment, also the 2r adjoining enclosure, and all the buildings thereon.

My wife Jane Wardman to be allowed to live in my house.

I appoint my son Thomas and his wife Frances Wardman as executors. They are to pay my daughter Ellin Shann £10.

I give £10 to my son-in-law Thomas Holms at the rate of £2 per year until the £10 runs out.
