Late of Arkendale, but now of Scriven with Tentergate, Widow
To my sister Ann Shatwell, wife of Peter Shatwell, and
annuity of £20 to commence after the death of her husband.
To my niece Margaret Cundall £200.
To Ann Cundall, the daughter of my late nephew James
Cundall £100, and to her brother Richard Cundall £50.
To my brother Richard Collins, all my real estate, and at
his death the same to my nephew James Collins. At the death
of both of them, the same to Thomas Collins, the second son
of James.
The residue of my estates to my brother Richard and
appoint him executor.

Codicil - 4th September 1784
£200 to my niece Margaret Cundall and the £100 to Ann
Cundall, daughter of my late nephew James Cundall, is
revoked.
To Margaret Cundall £100, and to Ann Cundall
£200.

Codicil - 5th June 1789
My niece Margaret Cundall has married Mr Parkington
of Manchester.
I revoke the annuity to my sister Ann Shatwell, and the
legacy to Margaret Cundall.
To Ann and Margaret I now give each an annuity of
£10.
To James Cundall, son of my late nephew James Cundall,
£50.
