Pannal, Yeoman

To my wife Susannah Burgess my copyhold property in the Parish of Pannal.

At her death, the same to my sons James Burgess and John Burgess, chargeable with a annuity of £1 5s to my son Thomas Burgess.

Also chargeable with £5 each to my grandchildren William Fletcher and Susannah Fletcher, when they reach 21.

My personal estate to my wife and my sons James and John, and appoint them executors.
