My house, outbuildings, and three closes, to my wife Elisabeth Graham, and at her death the same to my three sons, Christopher Graham, William Graham, and Martin Graham.

At her death, the house called Sibson House to my son Martin Graham.

The estate bequeathed to my wife is charged with £10 :

£5 to my grandson William Graham, son of Martin, and £5 to my granddaughter Elisabeth Graham, both when the reach 21.

All my real estate is in Birstwith.

My personal estate to my wife Elisabeth whom I appoint executrix.
