My real estate in Kirkgate, Knaresborough, to my wife Susannah and at her death to my son Richard Wright, and at his death to his children – if no children, then to my daughters.

All my household goods, stock and personal estate to my wife, whom I appoint executrix. In the event of her pre-deceasing me, then the same to my two daughters.
