At the death of my wife, my son William, to pay £50 to my daughter Ann Gilbertson, the wife of Richard Gilbertson.

To my son Thomas Beck my real estate in Beckwith, now occupied by John Theakstone, chargeable with and annuity of £2 2s to my wife Ann.

At the death of my wife, my son Thomas, to pay £50 to my daughter Sarah Theakstone, the wife of John Theakstone.

Residue of my estate to my son Thomas whom I appoint executor.
